How do I add a product?

Click "Add products" in the sidebar to open the product tools. Fill in the product name and price — photos are optional but strongly recommended. If you have multiple sizes or colours, add them under Variants before saving.

How do I get my first sale?

Sales come fastest when you share your store link directly — send it on WhatsApp and Instagram rather than waiting for buyers to find you. Your store link is at the top of the dashboard.

How do I change my store template?

Open Store Settings from the sidebar and switch to the "Template" tab. Pick a new layout from the gallery and save — your products and brand details carry over automatically. If you have a bespoke storepage, the template picker is hidden and design changes go through nexstorestudio@gmail.com.

How does the subscription work?

NexStore is billed monthly. You can pay ahead for the months you want from the Billing page — your store stays live as long as it's covered. To pause or cancel your subscription, email nexstorestudio@gmail.com — we reply within one business day.

How do I request a change to my site?

Email nexstorestudio@gmail.com with what you'd like changed — copy, photos, layout, anything. Our team handles updates for you and confirms by email when they're live.
